Refund Policy

The one refund condition

We issue refunds in one scenario: the Whyper loader will not run on your system and our engineers cannot make it work within 24 hours of you opening a support ticket. In that case, we refund your purchase in full. That is the entire refund policy. Anything else is not refundable.

What is not refundable

  • Change of mind. The product is digital and delivered the moment a payment confirms. Read the page, talk to support in Discord, then buy.
  • It runs but you stopped using it. Once the loader works on your system, the subscription is consumed as time passes. We don't refund unused time.
  • Game-side bans. Whyper is a security and anti-detection product, not an insurance product. If your game account is banned for any reason, we don't reimburse the account, items, progression, or other costs.
  • You broke the terms. Sharing keys, reselling, multi-accounting, or other breach of the Terms of Service voids the license without refund.
  • HWID-related lockouts you caused. Repeated HWID resets beyond our fair-use limits or use on hardware that misrepresents its fingerprint.

Detection pauses (not refunds)

If our product is detected by the game's anti-cheat after you purchased, we pause your remaining time, ship a fix, and resume your key once the build is confirmed stable. Paused time does not burn against your subscription. We do not split or partial-refund remaining time during a pause; the time is restored, not paid back.

How to request a refund

  1. Open a ticket in the Whyper Discord at discord.gg/whyper within 24 hours of the issue.
  2. Provide your purchase email, the transaction id, and a short description of what won't run. Our techs will troubleshoot first (loader logs, OS, anti-cheat presence, etc.).
  3. If we can't get it working within 24 hours, we issue the refund to the same crypto address you paid from, less on-chain network fees. Confirmation usually takes one business day after we decide.

Disputes

Crypto transactions are final on-chain; there is no chargeback mechanism. Refunds, when granted under this policy, are issued by us directly. We don't accept chargeback fraud as a means of reversing a payment and will permanently block the associated identifiers if we see it.
