Terms of Service

1. What you're buying

A Whyper key grants you, the individual purchaser, a non-transferable, revocable license to run the Whyper loader on a single set of hardware. The license is bound to one hardware ID (HWID) at a time and can be migrated to new hardware through the dashboard, subject to fair-use limits and HWID-reset cooldowns.

2. Single-user license

You may not share, resell, sub-license, or distribute your key, loader, or any extracted artifact. Sharing access ends the license without refund and may end access to future products. Each Discord account corresponds to one customer; multi-account abuse is also grounds for termination.

3. No warranty

Whyper is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, continued undetectability, or compatibility with every system. Anti- cheat technology and game patches evolve; we patch our loader accordingly but cannot guarantee a specific time-to-resume on every incident.

4. Detection and pauses

If our product is detected by the game's anti-cheat, we pause active keys, ship a fix, and resume your remaining time once the build is confirmed stable. Paused time does not count against your subscription. We don't reimburse game accounts, items, or downstream consequences of using the product.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Whyper for: harassing other players in ways that violate the host platform's terms in non-gameplay ways (e.g. chat abuse, account hijack), reverse engineering our loader, automated resale, or any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Compliance with the game's terms of service is your responsibility.

6. Payment

We accept crypto only (Bitcoin, Litecoin, and other listed networks). Once a payment confirms on-chain and a key is delivered, refunds follow the Refund Policy and not generic chargeback rules. There are no recurring auto-charges; access ends when your purchased time runs out.

7. Account and access

Your dashboard account is bound to the email and Discord handle you registered with. Loss of access to either may delay key recovery; we recover access manually through Discord support after identity checks against your purchase history.

8. Termination

We can terminate access for breach of these terms (sharing, reselling, hostile use). You can stop using the product at any time; there is nothing to cancel because nothing recurs.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the Whyper Discord at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms.
